Can I Return Multiple Items?
Yes! If you purchased Return Shipping Insurance, all eligible items within the same order are covered under one return request. You'll receive a single return label to return them together.
Can I Get a Refund on the Insurance Fee?
Return Shipping Insurance is non-refundable, unless your entire order is canceled before shipping. If canceled in time, Seel will refund both the insurance and the order.
What Items Are Not Eligible?
Oversized, fragile, or heavy items may not qualify for this protection. In such cases, standard return shipping applies.
