At Home Nest Art, we are dedicated to curating tools for restorative living. We want you to love your sanctuary essentials. If something isn’t quite right, we are here to help.

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date for most items, provided they meet our hygiene and condition standards.

1. Order Cancellations

We understand that plans change. You may cancel your order at any time before it has been dispatched from our facility for a full refund.

However, once an order has been shipped and is in transit, we are unable to process cancellations. If you no longer wish to keep the item after it has shipped, please wait for it to arrive and initiate a return following our standard policy below.

2. Return Conditions & Hygiene Standards

Due to the delicate and intimate nature of 22-momme silk and personal care items, we strictly enforce the following conditions to ensure the health and safety of all our customers:

  • Unused and Unwashed: Items must be in their original, pristine condition. They must not have been worn, slept on, washed, or altered in any way.

  • Free of Marks and Odors: Items must be entirely free of makeup, skincare products, self-tanner, perfume, body odors, and pet hair.

  • Original Packaging: All items must be returned with their original tags attached and in their original, undamaged gift-ready packaging.

Please note: To maintain the pristine quality of our sanctuary essentials, all returned items undergo a thorough quality inspection upon receipt. If an item is returned with signs of wear, washing, or damage, we regret that we cannot issue a refund. In such cases, the item can be returned to you at your shipping expense, or we can sustainably recycle it on your behalf.

3. How to Initiate a Return To start a return, please follow these simple steps:

  • Contact Us First: Email our care team at contact@homenestart.com with your Order Number and the reason for your return.

  • Receive Your RMA & Return Address: Once your return is approved, our care team will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the specific address of our return processing facility.

Returns sent to this address without an RMA number cannot be processed and will be rejected. You must contact our support team first to receive the correct designated return warehouse address.)

4. Return Shipping Costs

  • Customer Responsibility: Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs for changes of mind or incorrect selections (e.g., wrong color or size).

  • Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue. We will cover the return shipping cost and arrange a replacement or full refund immediately.

5. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected (usually within 3-5 business days of delivery), we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Please note that original shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.

6. Non-Returnable Items

For safety and finality, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Items marked as "Final Sale"

  • Gift Cards

  • Items that have been removed from their original sealed packaging and used (especially Silk Masks and Silk Pillowcases).
