Order Processing Time All orders are processed within 1-5 business days. (Please note that our business days are Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and US federal holidays.) You will receive a notification email with tracking information once your order has shipped. During high-volume periods (such as Black Friday or product launches), processing times may take slightly longer.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times We offer the following shipping options for orders to the United States:

  • Standard Shipping (7-10 Business Days): $7.99

  • Free Shipping (7-10 Business Days): Complimentary on all orders of $100.00 and above.

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of dispatch, not the date of order placement.

Shipping Origins & Delivery To provide you with a diverse selection of high-quality products, we partner with trusted global manufacturers. Your orders will be shipped directly from our international fulfillment centers. Upon arrival in the United States, your package is handed over to trusted local carriers (e.g., USPS) for final delivery.

Duties, Taxes, and Customs (DDP) For most international destinations (including the US, UK, Canada, Australia, and EU), we ship using Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) terms.

  • No Hidden Fees: We pre-pay all applicable customs duties and import taxes on your behalf.

  • Total Transparency: The price you see at checkout is the final price. You will not be asked to pay any additional fees upon delivery.

Order Tracking When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

Damages, Lost & Stolen Packages

  • Damaged or Lost in Transit: We are committed to ensuring your package arrives safely. If your package arrives damaged, or if it is lost during transit (tracking does not show "Delivered"), please contact us immediately at contact@homenestart.com. We will work wholeheartedly to resolve the issue and ensure you receive your order.

     

  • Stolen Packages (Post-Delivery): Please note that Home Nest Art is not liable for packages that have been stolen or lost after the tracking status shows "Delivered". If your tracking says "Delivered" but you cannot locate your package:

    • We recommend checking with neighbors or your building manager.

    • Please contact the shipping carrier (e.g., USPS) directly to file a claim.

    • In cases of theft, we advise filing a report with your local police department.
