We didn't try to reinvent 2,000 years of silkmaking. We went to where it's made.
Our silk is woven in Suzhou, in the Yangtze Delta, a city whose workshops once supplied silk to China's imperial court. UNESCO recognizes China's sericulture and silk craftsmanship as Intangible Cultural Heritage of Humanity.

All four colors use the same 22 momme Grade 6A silk, so performance is identical. Choose the shade that best suits your bedroom palette.
The Queen size measures 20 × 30 inches (51 × 76 cm) and fits most standard and queen pillows. The envelope closure tucks over the end of the pillow to hold it in place, with no zipper needed.
Hand-wash in cool water with a silk-safe detergent, or machine-wash cold on a delicate cycle inside a mesh bag. Lay flat to dry in the shade. Do not bleach, tumble-dry or use fabric softener.
Momme is the standard measure of silk weight. Many silk pillowcases are 19 momme; at 22, there's about 16% more silk, so the fabric feels denser and more substantial while keeping the smooth drape and breathability silk is known for. Heavier weights exist, but we find 22 offers the best balance of richness and comfort for sleep.
Made in Suzhou, China — a city that has woven silk for more than two thousand years and is still one of the world's great silk-weaving centers. Each pillowcase is finished with an envelope closure, then inspected three times before it ships.
